With deep roots in Indiana and degrees from both IU and Purdue, Matt understands what it means to be part of a community. As a former City Planner, Little League president, husband, and father of two, he’s spent his life finding ways to bring people together and make good things happen. At Taco Alibi, Matt channels that same energy into creating experiences that feel like home—whether you’re grabbing a quick bite at our Lebanon location or having us cater your family celebration. As the founder of Klooz Brewz, he’s spent years perfecting his craft and building connections throughout the local community. When the opportunity arose to bring authentic tacos to Lebanon at Four Finger Distillery, Patrick knew it was the perfect way to combine his passion for quality ingredients with his love for bringing people together.
